Close to everything, located between San Antonio and Austin. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom with one queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each room has a vanity, closets, drawers and mini split (AC/Heat) unit. Linen closets are located in the hallway and bathroom. Beautiful, oversized backyard, fully fenced with a patio covered by a beautiful pergola complete with electrical outlets and seating as well as a propane grill and fire pit for entertaining. The kitchen has a small kitchen table, mid-sized refrigerator, oven with stove top and comes fully stocked with all the essentials (pots, pans, plates bowels, utensils etc.). The Living room has a full-sized couch, love seat and coffee table. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and is located in a private room by the carport. The property is ideally located in the center of town and close to everything with easy access to I 35. The Living room is separate from the kitchen. The living room has two couches. There are TV's in each room and the Living room. There is a fully fenced, oversized back yard with a pergola, fire pit and propane grill. There is a carport in the paved 2 car driveway.
